Oral History Book: Water, Flour, Salt

Water, Flour, Salt is a three part book made in December of  of 2018. This book follows the life of Chris Sy, a baker who had recently opened up shop in Kaimuki on Oahu. The book breaks up three distinct parts of his life into sections, and relates the ingredients of bread to these life experiences. Water represents his childhood, flour his career before baking, and salt explains his current life.
